Competition Terms & Conditions

Employees and contractors Strika Entertainment (Pty) Ltd and any company associated with the competition and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the competition.
Participants must reside within the borders of South Africa to enter the competition.
Positive ID may be required.
The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
You may enter as often as you wish as the more you enter, the better your chances.
Winners will be randomly selected by Strika in the presence of an independent auditor.
The winners will be contacted telephonically. Strika Entertainment (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for any warranty/guarantee in respect of the prize.
Prizes are subject to availability and suitable replacements will be supplied where necessary.
The prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
All participants indemnify Strika Entertainment (Pty) Ltd and any company associated with the competition against any and all claims arising howsoever from their participation in this competition and/or the subsequent usage of the prize.
If required, as a result of a change in legislation by the Minister of Trade and Industry declaring the competition unlawful, Strika Entertainment (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to terminate this competition immediately and without notice.
In the event of such termination, all participants agree to waive any rights they may have in terms of this competition and acknowledge that they have no recourse against Strika Entertainment (Pty) Ltd or any company associated with the competition.
By entering this competition, all participants irrevocably agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which will be interpreted by Chevron.
Each SMS costs R1,00. Competition ends 16 June 2012
