Supa Strikas’ number one fan, Supafan, believes Shakes and El Matador will be key players to the Men in Red’s victory next weekend when they meet Club Orion.
The combination of Shakes and El Matador upfront was the talk of the town in Strikaland last season, after they each finished in the top five on the Super League goal-scorers board.
“Shakes hasn’t scored this season, but I’m 100% sure he will net his first 2010 goal next weekend against Orion. And El Matador has already scored two goals, which makes him lethal upfront. These are my two players to terrorise the Orion defence,” says Supafan.
Supafan and his followers were impressed when the two forwards helped the Men in Red salvage three points against their rivals Invincible United. Some fans say Shakes will break his duck by scoring a hat-trick, with El Matador sambaing his way to another goal.
The league title holders aim to add another defeat to Orion’s list and hopefully keep their number one spot on the Super League table.
Orion will be the test that determines how strong the Men in Red are ahead of other vital games. Will Coach’s boys show their fans the magic of last season?
